Refund & Cancellation Policy – Mummas Love
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product delivered
Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:
support@mummaslove.co.in
along with unboxing photos or videos.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
